Michigan Man Freed After Spending Three Years In Jail For Consuming Cannabis While On Parole

Earlier this year, the Michigan Court of Appeals ruled that individuals on probation can use medical cannabis as long as they are conforming with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.
